Our Review Methodology (How We Test)
We don't just read press releases or copy official documentation. We put our own money on the line. For every exchange we review, we follow a strict, standardized testing protocol:
- Real Money Testing: We deposit a minimum of $1,000 of our own funds to test deposit speeds, trading slippage, and withdrawal limits in real-world conditions.
- Customer Support Audits: We submit anonymous support tickets at different times of the day to measure response times and problem-solving efficiency.
- Security Verification: We independently verify Proof of Reserves (PoR) using open-source Merkle Tree tools and audit the exchange's security infrastructure.
- Fee Transparency: We execute real trades (Spot and Futures) to calculate the exact effective fee rates, uncovering any hidden spreads.
